Survey Explorer version 6 has been designed for managers and
executives with little or no statistical or computing knowledge,
as well as Market Research professionals.
Survey Explorer allows users to:

Survey Explorer provides a variety
of ways to distribute results. Graphs and charts are easily
distributed within the Memphis system using the Survey Viewer
and can also be pasted into MS Office applications.

Survey Explorer WEB Server -NEW-
The Survey Explorer WEB Server is expected to be available in
the second quarter of 2009. Although not as feature rich as
the Survey Explorer for Windows, it allows users to quickly
set up and run queries in real time over the Internet. There
is no need to distribute any software, simply allow the users
to connect, either freely or by the use of username and password,
using a web browser. New data becomes immediately available
to everyone.
Survey Viewer
The Survey Viewer is used to browse through series of charts
and tables created in the Survey Explorer. The Survey Viewer
is the perfect way to distribute your findings from the Survey
Explorer to colleagues or partners.
Survey Transformer
To allow the Survey Explorer to run the queries at the phenomenal
speed, data needs to be saved in a certain format. The Survey
Transformer is the tool used to take data from various formats
and save it in the super fast Survey Explorer format. With
a few mouse-clicks the Survey Transformer converts data into
the powerful Survey Explorer format. The current list of compatible
formats includes Triple-S, SPSS, Merlin, Quancept, Quantum
and SurveyCraft, as well as Excel worksheets and tab-delimited
files. New formats are being added regularly upon request.

Media Explorer
Media Explorer provides a powerful but easy way to analyse viewing/listening
and audience reaction figures for television and radio programmes.Users
can view programme details, audience profiles, top 20 lists,
genre profiles and a variety of other reports for each sector
of the audience.
Memphis developed the Media Explorer in conjunction with Ipsos-RSL. The aim of the partnership between Memphis and Ipsos-RSL was to produce an easy-to-use and visually appealing package for the BARB (British Audience Research Board) Audience Reaction Service, which has been run by Ipsos-RSL since 1994.
The BARB Audience Reaction Service measures not only the size
of the audience but also their appreciation (or otherwise) of
the programmes. Ipsos-RSL sees the Appreciation Index (AI) adding
value to the audience size figures, and expect its importance
to increase as the plethora of new channels mean that traditional
audience measurement are less useful as the sole means of programme
evaluation.
The Media Explorer consists of the "normal" Survey Explorer plus additional interfaces for TV and Radio data. The Survey Explorer and the other interfaces are intimately linked so, for example, filters created in one part of the Media Explorer are automatically active in all other parts.

Launch Explorer is a new 'primary care product' launch evaluation
service. The first marketing research service of its kind, Launch
Explorer can provide pharmaceutical companies with a comprehensive
