By Car

Please note that Harbour Exchange Square is not listed on all A to Z map books. It is situated at the northern end of a road called Limeharbour. Memphis' offices are outside London's "Congestion Charge" Zone and offer free parking to visitors.

FROM OUTSIDE THE M25 (North of London)

    Take the M25 around to the M11, and turn towards London. Follow the M11 to its end, where it joins the dual carriageway A406 (North Circular Road). On the A406 follow signs for Docklands, London - East and the A13. At the end of the A406, follow the A13 towards The City and then follow signs for the Isle of Dogs. Once you've reached the Isle of Dogs, follow the signs for the London Arena. Harbour Exchange Square is next to the London Arena, and Exchange Tower is the tallest building in Harbour Exchange Square. Memphis International is in the Octagon on the ground floor.
FROM INSIDE LONDON (North of the River)

    Take your most convenient route to the northern end of Tower Bridge, and then eastward alongThe Highway and through the Limehouse Link tunnel. Follow signs for the Isle of Dogs, and then for the London Arena. Harbour Exchange Square is next to the London Arena, and Exchange Tower is the tallest building in Harbour Exchange Square. Memphis International is in the Octagon on the ground floor.
FROM SOUTH-EAST OF THE RIVER

    Go to North Greenwich, and then through the Blackwall Tunnel. From the northern end of the tunnel follow signs for the Isle of Dogs. Once you've reached the Isles of Dogs, follow the signs for the London Arena. Harbour Exchange Square is next to the London Arena, and Exchange Tower is the tallest building in Harbour Exchange Square. Memphis International is in the Octagon on the ground floor.
FROM SOUTH-WEST OF THE RIVER

    Head for the City. Cross the river and follow the Embankment eastward to Tower Hill. From here go eastward along The Highway and through the Limehouse Link tunnel. Follow signs for the Isle of Dogs, and then for the London Arena. Harbour Exchange Square is next to the London Arena, and Exchange Tower is the tallest building in Harbour Exchange Square. Memphis International is in the Octagon on the ground floor.
PARKING

    There is free car parking for visitors in the bays around Harbour Exchange Square for up to 2 hours.
By Train

The nearest station is South Quay on the Docklands Light Railway (DLR). The DLR is part of the London Underground network, and is covered by British Rail and London Underground Travelcards. South Quay station is in Zone 2.

To get to South Quay you need to take a train for Island Gardens/Lewisham, or one for Canary Wharf and then change there for one to Island Gardens/Lewisham. You can join the DLR from the rest of the Underground network at Canary Wharf (Jubilee Line), Bank (Central and Northern Lines), Tower Hill (Circle and District Lines) or Stratford (Central Line). You can join the DLR from the British Rail network at Stratford or from Greenwich via the Greenwich Foot Tunnel.

If you are coming from South-East London or Kent, go to Lewisham, Deptford or Greenwich and use the Docklands Light Railway (DLR). All trains northward from here will stop at South Quay station.

On leaving South Quay station, cross the road and turn left following the railway line (overhead). Cross the bridge over the entrance to the dock, and then turn right and walk down the steps. Follow the signs for Harbour Exchange Square. Exchange Tower is the tallest building and in the centre of Harbour Exchange Square, and Memphis International is in the Octagon on the ground floor.
